If you follow me on Pinterest you know that one of the things I love to pin the most is home decor. To help with this unhealthy habit I’ve been making my own home decor inspiration boards online and I wanted to share the ones I made from all IKEA items to give people an idea of my style and to also help some people figure out how to decorate an apartment on the cheaper side.

My boyfriend and I and planning on moving in together soon and I wanted to make the rooms both masculine but still, have hints of girliness but nothing too crazy so he doesn’t freak out, lol.

I wanted the bedroom to be pretty simple and cozy. I really pull inspiration from wood and metals mixed together. I don’t like matchy-matchy things like full bedroom sets so Ikea is a great place to mix and match different nightstands and dressers.

This is my basic inspiration with any add on decor items.

The next room would be the living room. I went with the same kind of color scheme gray white brown and black! I just loved how everything went really well together. My favorite item from this board is the tray table with the white stripe in the middle I’m in love.

Ikea has really come a long way with their items these days they definitely are starting to stay more on top of trends.

The one thing I found out that I enjoyed about making these boards is that you can see everything together and really understand if the colors you picked out worked together and if its overall the look you were going for.
